Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Efrain Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitar Gamartov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gamartov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. manowar kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera looks to land a combination but Gamartov avoids it well.
Gamartov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Vera fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Vera stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vera wants it to stay on the feet.

Vera shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Vera seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Gamartov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vera. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gamartov tries to kick Vera off but Vera keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Vera is nestled in close to Gamartov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Vera seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Vera passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gamartov!

It looks like Dimitar Gamartov has been cut.

Vera lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Vera is landing with some decent strikes but Gamartov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Gamartov takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

That has opened up Dimitar Gamartov's cut even more.
Vera has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Vera postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Gamartov badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Vera around the waist but Vera pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Vera is the winner by TKO! Vera jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
