Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Nut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and SD Plissken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sam Nut!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, SD Plissken!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nut showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Plissken.
Plissken looks to land a right hand but Nut moved out of range.
Plissken keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Nut tries to clinch up.
Plissken scores with a jab to the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nut looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Plissken throws out a loose jab but Nut uses good head movement to avoid it.
Nut connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Plissken feints and as Nut raises his hands in defense, Plissken changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nut is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Plissken trying to control but Nut is working from the bottom.

Plissken drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Nut dives on top into guard.

With the fighters up against the cage, Nut throws an elbow but misses.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Plissken throws a shot from downtown. Nut moves away and avoids it.
Nut throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nut takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Nut tries a low kick but Plissken avoids it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Plissken pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Nut is keeping the position for now.

Plissken is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Nut is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Nut has escaped and now he's on top!
Plissken trying to keep a closed guard but Nut is proving a slippery customer.
Nut stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Plissken swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Nut trying to control but Plissken is working from the bottom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Plissken is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Nut is looking for a sweep. Plissken is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Plissken is looking for a kimura but Nut is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Plissken to get the leverage.
Plissken missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Plissken wants to free his trapped foot but Nut is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Nut tries to roll over but Plissken keeps him under control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Plissken passes the guard and advances to mount!
Plissken throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Plissken lands a big elbow.
Nut on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nut tries to get out of the position.

Plissken is working for a guillotine from mount but Nut frees his head quite easily.

Plissken has isolated one of Nut's arms. Nut looking to fight him off but Plissken twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
