Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ben Gorden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Remington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gorden kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up . The crowd seem to be enjoying Remington's choice of entrance music: Kymani Marley - Warriors. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Remington!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gorden.
Remington is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Remington throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Gorden looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Remington with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Remington is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gorden pulls his head out easily.
