Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Owen Woodring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Woodring might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to American bad ass. O Neill comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sing for the moment - Eminem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodring misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
O Neill closes the distance but Woodring moves to the side
and Woodring counters with an inside leg kick.
O Neill misses with a hook to the body
and Woodring counters with a nice body shot.
Woodring throws a sloppy head kick and O Neill moves out of range easily.
O Neill moves out of range as Woodring throws a body kick.
O Neill scores with a nice head shot.
Woodring lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A nice combination there by Woodring.
O Neill misses with a two punch combination.
Woodring really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
O Neill swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Woodring counters with a one-two to the body.
Woodring fakes a jab and throws a low kick but O Neill checks it well.
O Neill blocks the body kick.

O Neill tries to close the distance and clinch but Woodring swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Woodring throws a head kick that misses.
Owen Woodring is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
O Neill fails with the takedown.
O Neill closes the distance but Woodring moves to the side
and Woodring connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
O Neill swings widly with a right hand
and Woodring counters with a three punch combo that has O Neill backing up. O Neill nods at Woodring to acknowledge the strikes.
Woodring walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. O Neill checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

O Neill shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

O Neill works his foot free and advances to mount.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Woodring is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Woodring is bucking up trying to escape but O Neill cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Woodring blocking the ground and pound.
O Neill has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
