Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Sakamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Guerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guerra has chosen The Sound Of Thruth - As I Lay Dying as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakamoto defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Guerra.
Good shot there by Sakamoto.
Guerra shoots in for a double leg but Sakamoto sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sakamoto's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Sakamoto duly obliges.

It looks like Diego Guerra has been cut.
Diego Guerra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sakamoto throws a jab when Guerra was well out of range.
Sakamoto just misses with a punch to the body.
Guerra tries for a takedown but Sakamoto sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Paul Sakamoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Guerra.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sakamoto, as that shot connected.
Guerra tries to clinch but Sakamoto moves out of range.
Nice takedown defense from Sakamoto. No joy for Guerra on that attempt.
Sakamoto stuffs the takedown.

Sakamoto throws the left hand but Guerra avoids the punch easily.
Guerra shoots for a double leg takedown but Sakamoto sprawls well. He's pushed Guerra's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Guerra fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Good exchange - Sakamoto coming out on top.
Sakamoto tries to bum rush Guerra with a series of wild strikes but Guerra uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sakamoto avoids the head kick by Guerra.
Guerra looks gassed!
Sakamoto thuds his right hand into Guerra's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Guerra has a takedown stuffed.
Sakamoto cracks Guerra with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Sakamoto connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Sakamoto lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sakamoto.
Paul Sakamoto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sakamoto lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Sakamoto cracks a nice hook into Guerra's ribs.
Sakamoto jabs Guerra to the body, keeping him at a distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Guerra has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Guerra there as he acknowledges the shot.
Guerra checks a low kick from Sakamoto.
Guerra is trying desperately to land a takedown but Sakamoto is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Guerra.
Sakamoto misses with a low kick as Guerra jumps back.
Sakamoto lands with a straight right. Guerra didn't see that one coming.
Sakamoto comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sakamoto throws a series of punches but Guerra moves out of range.
Sakamoto scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sakamoto lands with an overhand left.
Guerra takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sakamoto takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Guerra on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A left lands for Sakamoto.
A punch lands to the side of Guerra 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Sakamoto connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Guerra is rocked!
Guerra throws a wild hook but Sakamoto just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Guerra gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Sakamoto raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
