The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lantz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Chasse.
Chasse fails to land with a series of punches.

Lantz tries to bum rush Chasse with a series of wild strikes but Chasse uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Chasse swats away the attempt to clinch by Lantz.
Lantz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chasse swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Lantz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bob Lantz.

Chasse tries to keep at a distance but Lantz has taken the fight into the clinch.

Lantz digs a right hand underneath Chasse's ribcage. Chasse let out a lung full of air as it connected.
