Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Heihachi Hayashida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Veneracion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veneracion has chosen faint as his entrance music. Karl Veneracion has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayashida stuffs the takedown attempt from Veneracion. Veneracion gets slowly back to his feet.
