And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoffman digs a good body shot into Bernie's ribs.
Hoffman throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Bernie fails with a takedown attempt.
Bernie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hoffman swivels and escapes.
Bernie avoids the body shot from Hoffman.

Bernie swats away the attempt to clinch by Hoffman.
Bernie takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Horrible takedown by Bernie or perhaps it was just good defense by Hoffman which made him look bad.

Hoffman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bernie manages to avoid it.
Bernie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hoffman throws out the jab.

and Hoffman counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Hoffman makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Hoffman counters with a straight right hand.

Bernie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hoffman moves away.

Hoffman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bernie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hoffman.
Hoffman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bernie swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hoffman. Bernie does a little dance to reset his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bernie tries to clinch up but Hoffman circles away and keeps his distance.
Hoffman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bernie.

and Hoffman holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Hoffman swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Bernie tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hoffman smiles and moves away.
A lazy left from Hoffman finds it's target.

Wyatt Hoffman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Hoffman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hoffman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bernie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bryan Bernie has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Hoffman throws a lazy right hand but Bernie sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Hoffman throws the left hand but Bernie avoids the punch easily.

and Bernie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hoffman won't be happy with that.

Bernie wants to pass to mount but Hoffman is defending the position.
Bernie prevents Hoffman from improving his position.

Bernie wants to clinch up but Hoffman keeps it at a distance.
Bernie fails with the takedown.

I would just about give that final round to Wyatt Hoffman.
I've got Hoffman winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
