Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson comes to the cage accompanied by Black Flood Diesel - Lost Cause. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Dwayne Perry!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Nelson with that takedown attempt.
Nelson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Perry sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nelson somewhat.

That's time! Nelson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Perry bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nelson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nelson misses with a takedown attempt - Perry sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Nelson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Perry has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Let's hope that Perry has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Nelson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Perry swivels though and keeps the full guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dwayne Perry hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Perry gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Nelson to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Nelson is fighting to break Perry's control of his arms but Perry is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Nelson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Perry is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Nelson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Perry walks away with a smile on his face. Nelson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Perry lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Nelson down.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
