Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kio Lunguo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juhani Pekkala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pekkala has chosen Vuoret siirtyy as his entrance music. Kio Lunguo looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lunguo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lunguo misses with a body shot.
Pekkala keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lunguo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pekkala avoids it really well and circles away.
Pekkala darts in and clinches Lunguo up against the cage.
Pekkala breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pekkala scores with a takedown into Lunguo's guard.
Pekkala wants to pass the guard but Lunguo is keeping the position.
Pekkala must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Pekkala is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lunguo has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Pekkala is looking to defend but Lunguo has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Pekkala! Lunguo pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Pekkala taps out and this one is all over!
