The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alucard tries to clinch up but Shiinzawa circles away and keeps his distance.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Alucard walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Shiinzawa swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Alucard decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Shiinzawa's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Batosai Shiinzawa will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
