Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Bush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Hyabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bush comes into the arena with Taking a Life blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bush lands a body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bush. Hyabusa does a little dance to reset his feet.
A swing and a miss from Hyabusa.
A big left from Hyabusa misses.
Hyabusa tries to move into range but Bush moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Ryu Hyabusa has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hyabusa misses with a hook to the body
and Bush cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hyabusa scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Harry Bush has been cut.
Bush ducks under a wild hook from Hyabusa.
Bush connects with a body shot that sends Hyabusa's belly button to the back.
Hyabusa looks gassed!
Bush drops Hyabusa with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hyabusa looks back up at him and smiles so Bush waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hyabusa takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bush connects with a leg kick. Hyabusa looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Bush dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Bush cracks Hyabusa with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bush has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hyabusa to stand back up!
Hyabusa takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bush connects with a jab.
Bush drops Hyabusa with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hyabusa looks back up at him and smiles so Bush waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hyabusa is rocked!
Hyabusa blocks a head kick by Bush.
Bush lands a big right hand that sends Hyabusa crashing to the mat! Bush stays standing though and waves Hyabusa back to his feet!
Hyabusa is still on wobbly legs! Can Bush finish him?
Bush fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Hyabusa seems to have recovered his senses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bush.
Bush digs a good hook to Hyabusa's body.
Bush lands a big head kick that sends Hyabusa tumbling to the mat! Bush takes a step backwards and waves Hyabusa back to his feet - he wants the finish!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hyabusa walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Bush swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Harry Bush!
