The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Destroyer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Destroyer lands in his opponent's guard.
Destroyer stays in close to Skog's body and controls the position.

Destroyer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skog swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Skog breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Skog decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Skog throwing shots but Destroyer is blocking nicely.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Skog rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Destroyer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Destroyer tries to kick Skog off but Skog keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Destroyer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Skog tries to avoid it but Destroyer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Skog to the ground. Skog escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Skog is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Destroyer rolls with it to try and escape but Skog cranks on the arm and Destroyer is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
