The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honda uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bean.
Honda tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bean was well out of range. Poor timing from Honda.
Bean throws a lazy right hand but Honda sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bean throws a series of punches but Honda avoids them all with ease.
Bean tries to bum rush Honda with a series of wild strikes but Honda uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bean lands with a nice combination. Honda backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Piston Honda has been cut.
Bean throws a right hand that Honda ducks under and follows up with a left that Honda also avoids with ease.
Honda tries to clinch but Bean moves out of range.

Honda throws a sloppy body shot
and Bean counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bean cracks Honda with an open hand slap.

Bean is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Bean throws a hook to the side of Honda's head but Honda sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Piston Honda's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Piston Honda's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
