Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Longs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and peter the ultmimate peter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longs throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around the ultmimate peter's waist but the ultmimate peter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Longs off to one side.
Longs misses with a jab, cross combination.
Longs connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed the ultmimate peter momentarily.
Longs throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent the ultmimate peter stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Longs misses with a series of wild punches.
the ultmimate peter fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Longs manages to avoid it.
Longs tries to bum rush the ultmimate peter with a series of wild strikes but the ultmimate peter uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
the ultmimate peter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Longs closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like peter the ultmimate peter has been cut.

and Longs counters with a crisp one two that drops the ultmimate peter! Longs thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves the ultmimate peter to his feet! the ultmimate peter is in big trouble!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Longs has cracked the ultmimate peter with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Longs lands another huge swinging hook and the ultmimate peter tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save the ultmimate peter, before Longs can land any more shots!
