Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Jean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kid Bronco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bronco looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Bronco tries to stand but can't do so whilst Jean controls his leg.
Jean trying to control here.
Bronco is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Bronco prevents Jean from improving his position.
Bronco with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Bronco tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jean knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Kid Bronco was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Bronco is looking to clinch but Jean is avoiding it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bronco shoots in looking for a takedown but Jean manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bronco's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bronco looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jean is fending him off so far but Bronco persists. Nope, Jean circles away and we're back to standing.
Jean stalks Bronco and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bronco's face. Bronco staggers backwards, shaken.
Bronco fails to land the takedown.
Anderson Jean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kid Bronco.
Jean wants to clinch.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Bronco.
Jean wants to control but Bronco postures up.
Jean sneaks back into half guard.

Bronco wants to pass the guard but Jean is defending well.
Jean on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jean tries to get out of the position.
Well, if Bronco is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Jean tries to get to full guard but Bronco has control of the leg.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Bronco moves into full mount! Jean won't be happy about that!

Jean is squirming around, avoiding Bronco's attempts to control the action.
Jean wants to control but Bronco is having none of it.
Jean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bronco on the ground.
Bronco controlling the position easily from mount.
Jean is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Jean is breathing heavily.

Bronco goes for an armbar but Jean turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Jean.

Bronco is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Jean has his hands clasped together but Bronco extends an breaks Jean's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Bronco.
