Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas LaVey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cleveland Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaVey kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Deicide - Scars of the Crucifix. Brown is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Cleveland Brown Rap. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

LaVey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Cleveland Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brown pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces LaVey back to the cage. Brown follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

LaVey closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Brown is looking to work his way out of this bad position but LaVey is controlling him well.

LaVey tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no LaVey has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That was a close second round but I would say that Lucas LaVey will probably get the nod.

Well LaVey has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
