The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonas gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tepes to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Tepes showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Jonas has his foot on Tepes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tepes works his way back into a safe position though.
Tepes is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Jonas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tepes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jonas is looking for a triangle but Tepes pushes his legs off easily.
Tepes is working Jonas over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Jonas is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Tepes frees his head nicely. Oh but Jonas has switched to an armbar! Tepes is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
