Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tone Sonet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pedro Santos was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Sonet trying to keep a closed guard but Santos is proving a slippery customer.
Santos looking to sit in guard and control but Sonet gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Sonet stands up and waves to Santos to follow him.
Santos shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sonet is trying to defend but Santos finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Santos looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sonet with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Sonet looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Sonet makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Sonet.
Sonet looking for a guillotine here but Santos defends easily.

Santos landing some decent shots from guard.
Santos wants to control from the top but Sonet keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Santos might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Sonet kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sonet is looking for a triangle but Santos pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Santos avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Santos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sonet swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sonet is trying to keep Santos in close.

Santos keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sonet's head.

Sonet is rocked!
Santos arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Sonet's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
