It looks like Emil Hammer has been cut.
Ulatowski has Hammer pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Hammer is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Ulatowski - that's hurt Hammer badly! Oh, another knee lands and Hammer is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Hammer doesn't seem to be complaining.
