With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marcus Garvey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rampage Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses the shot to the body.
Jackson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Rampage Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jackson throws a nice looking combination but Garvey bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Garvey swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Garvey gets a clinch.
Jackson looking to slow down the pace here.
Jackson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garvey scores with a hook to the body.
Jackson takes a shot to the head.
Garvey lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Garvey - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Jackson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Marcus Garvey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rampage Jackson.

The referee is keeping an eye on Garvey - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Still in the clinch, Garvey scores with a nice short uppercut.
Garvey content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Jackson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jackson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Garvey gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Jackson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Jackson pulls guard effortlessly.
Jackson controls Garvey momentarily but Garvey frees himself.
Garvey pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jackson is keeping the position for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Garvey gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Garvey throws a right hand that Jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jackson also avoids with ease.

Oooooh!!! Garvey has knocked Jackson down with a huge combo! Garvey steps away and waves a wobbly Jackson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Jackson is rocked!
Jackson looks gassed!
Jackson tries to clinch but Garvey moves away
and Garvey counters with a huge right that knocks Jackson out cold! Garvey is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Marcus Garvey!
