Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Everett tries to clinch up.
Gump fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Everett has Gump up against the cage in a clinch.
Gump is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Everett pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Everett prevents the takedown attempt.

Everett gets control of Gump's arms and successfully pulls guard. Everett will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Gump loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Everett working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gump.

Everett fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pirate Everett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gump stuffs the takedown.
Everett shoots in for a takedown but Gump shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Forest Gump has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pirate Everett.
Everett misses with a takedown attempt - Gump sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Gump changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Gump cracks Everett with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
BOOM! Gump lands a beautiful left hook that drops Everett. Everett tries to recover but Gump is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Everett lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
