The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Summers dodges the punch combination from jenson.
jenson dips to his left and cracks Summers with an uppercut!
jenson lands a lovely overhand right.
jenson cracks Summers with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Nice defenses there by Summers.
jenson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
jenson with a jab.
jenson throws a lazy right hand but Summers sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
steve jenson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
jenson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
jenson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Summers shoots in looking for a takedown but jenson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Summers's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
jenson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Summers displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as jenson throws out the jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Summers.
Summers drops his hands momentarily and jenson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

jenson works Summers's body with a nice hook.
jenson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Summers walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Summers shoots in for a takedown but jenson shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shawn Summers. That's going to take a lot out of him.
jenson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Summers is rocked!
Summers tries to score a power double leg takedown but jenson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Summers somewhat.
Summers is breathing heavily.
jenson circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Summers to the canvas! Summers doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - jenson keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
