The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okanagan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Scaletta sprawls well. Scaletta wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Okanagan gets slowly back to his feet.
Okanagan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Scaletta's waist but Scaletta gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Okanagan off to one side.
Scaletta jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Scaletta stuffs the takedown attempt from Okanagan . Okanagan gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kelowna Okanagan . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Okanagan blocks a jab.
Okanagan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Scaletta.
No luck for Okanagan with that takedown attempt.
Okanagan staying out of range there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Okanagan shoots in for a double leg but Scaletta sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Okanagan walks into a left hand.
Okanagan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Scaletta.
Scaletta missing with a left hand there. Okanagan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Scaletta cracks Okanagan with a left hook right on the temple and Okanagan goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Scaletta lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Okanagan is OK!
