PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jean Sibelius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wes Weddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weddle has chosen remember the name - fort minor as his entrance music. Wes Weddle told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Sibelius. Weddle does a little dance to reset his feet.

Sibelius shoots in and bounces Weddle off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Weddle walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Sibelius gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Sibelius loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Weddle scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sibelius land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sibelius stands and salutes the crowd.
