Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Baumgartner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose MAchuca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baumgartner comes to the cage accompanied by Knock you out. On his way into the cage it seems that Robert Baumgartner has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Robert Baumgartner seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baumgartner stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Baumgartner wants it to stay on the feet.
Baumgartner tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. MAchuca manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Baumgartner moves into range and clinches up with MAchuca.
MAchuca is working for takedown but Baumgartner is calmly controlling the position for now.

MAchuca jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Baumgartner walks away with a smile on his face. MAchuca gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

MAchuca changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Baumgartner tries to avoid it but MAchuca manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Baumgartner to the ground. Baumgartner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

MAchuca shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Baumgartner counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baumgartner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
