Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vinicius Coelho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jules Verne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coelho's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, In The End. Verne has chosen Christina Milian - When you look at me as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coelho slips a jab from Verne.
Verne fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Coelho has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Verne scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Verne throws a right and a left that Coelho avoids nicely.
Coelho connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Coelho lands a nice looking body kick.
Verne thuds his right hand into Coelho's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Coelho on the wrong end of a nice jab.
That kick from Coelho tenderised Verne's leg. Verne is trying to keep his angry face on.
Verne moves out of range of the body kick from Coelho.
Coelho looks to land a body kick but Verne moved away.
Coelho throws the kick towards the body but Verne avoids it.
Coelho misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Verne darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Verne throws a strike but Coelho rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Verne looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Coelho puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Coelho is pressing down on Verne's thigh, looking to free his foot. Verne is holding on for now.
Verne is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Coelho's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Coelho's back!
Verne lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.

Verne is controlling the position but Coelho somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

Verne wants to free his trapped foot but Coelho is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Verne wants to lay and pray for a moment but Coelho keeps working.

That's time! Coelho's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Verne ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Coelho jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Verne misses with a series of wild punches.
Verne is looking to clinch but Coelho is avoiding it.
Coelho is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Verne feints and as Coelho raises his hands in defense, Verne changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Verne stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coelho swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Verne is pushing down on Coelho's leg trying to pass to half guard. Coelho is fighting to maintain full guard but Verne has managed to sneak the leg through.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Verne in particular looking to stall.
Verne wants to pass to mount but Coelho is defending the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Verne is looking for a kimura but Coelho is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Verne to get the leverage.
Verne is looking to stall here but Coelho recovers full guard.

Coelho stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Verne swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Verne keeping moving, preventing Coelho from controlling successfully.
Coelho tries to free his leg and advance position but Verne is retaining full guard.
Verne bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Coelho's guard.
Verne throws and elbow that misses. Coelho uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Verne's guard. Nice move by Coelho!
Verne wants to sweep but no luck.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Verne is pulling down on Coelho's head to control his posture.

Verne wants to reverse the position here. Coelho has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but Verne is forced to tap! Verne looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.
