Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nunoy Bermio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Aronoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bermio comes into the arena with Cowboys from Hell blaring out of the sound system. Aronoff is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by New Disease by Spineshank. Derek Aronoff is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nunoy Bermio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Derek Aronoff!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aronoff misses with the combination.
Bermio tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Aronoff stuffs the takedown attempt from Bermio. Bermio gets slowly back to his feet.
Bermio gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bermio wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Aronoff breaks the clinch.
Bermio changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Aronoff tries to avoid it but Bermio manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Aronoff to the ground. Aronoff escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bermio tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bermio misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nunoy Bermio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Aronoff connects with a crisp jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bermio.
Bermio stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Aronoff.
Bermio is breathing heavily.
Bermio looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bermio looks for a takedown but Aronoff sprawls well.
Bermio on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nice takedown defense from Aronoff. No joy for Bermio on that attempt.

Nunoy Bermio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bermio swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Aronoff connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bermio tries for a takedown but Aronoff circles away easily
and Aronoff counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bermio thinking.
Aronoff lands an overhand right.
Bermio fails with the takedown
and Aronoff counters with a straight right hand.
Aronoff lands a glancing blow to the side of Bermio's head.
Aronoff lands with a right that hurts Bermio. Bermio looks to clinch but Aronoff throws a short knee that drops Bermio. This one is all over!
