The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brokador wants to land a leg kick but Hans is out of range.

Hans shoots in looking for a takedown. Brokador tries to sprawl out of it but Hans keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brokador manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hans has his foot on Brokador's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brokador works his way back into a safe position though.
Brokador has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hans is proving hard to escape from.

Hans escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brokador gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Brokador tries to kick Hans off but Hans keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Brokador really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hans. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hans shoots in looking for a takedown but Brokador manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hans's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Horrible takedown by Hans or perhaps it was just good defense by Brokador which made him look bad.
