Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Mehoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ngaio Bealum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mehoff's entrance music is Choke Sermon by Lamb of God. A fine choice. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bealum jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mehoff slips a straight right by Bealum.

Mehoff avoids the body shot from Bealum.
Bealum tries to clinch but Mehoff is having none of it.
Bealum misses with a looping left.
Mehoff connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Bealum tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mehoff was well out of range. Poor timing from Bealum.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mehoff.
Mehoff will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Bealum up against the cage.

Bealum breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bealum swats away the attempt to clinch by Mehoff.
Bealum throws the left hand but Mehoff avoids the punch easily.

Bealum fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mehoff manages to avoid it.
Mehoff uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bealum.

Mehoff connects with a solid leg kick.

Bealum tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mehoff swivels and escapes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mehoff, as that shot connected.
Bealum shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mehoff sprawls well. Mehoff wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bealum gets slowly back to his feet.

Mehoff shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bealum napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Mehoff advances nicely into full mount.

Mehoff has control of Bealum's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bealum regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Mehoff is landing with some decent strikes but Bealum is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Bealum takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Mehoff lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bealum is still in real trouble! Can Mehoff finish him?
Mehoff has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bealum's face.
Mehoff lands a big shot to the head and Bealum winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
