The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bott shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A combination from Mosley does no damage.

Bott drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bott postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mosley is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bott, into his guard.
Mosley throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bott works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Mosley wants to stand and escape but instead Bott has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Mosley wants to control but Bott passes easily into half guard.
Bott thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Mosley wants to get back to his feet.
Bott passes to side control.

Bott tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Bott scores with a couple of short elbows.
Mosley could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mosley is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Bott is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mosley is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bott prevents Mosley from escaping the position.

Bott is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mosley knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Bott tries to move into full mount but can't pass Mosley's legs.
Mosley is breathing heavily.

The referee asks Bott politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bott prefers to stall for the moment though.

Bott is trying to get an arm triangle but Mosley is defending well.
Mosley gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Bott jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Mosley manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Bott goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Mosley rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bott's guard! Nice work there by Mosley!

Mosley would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Bott has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Bott has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Mosley doesn't defend quickly enough and Bott has managed to lock this one up! Can Mosley escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Bott on a fantastic submission victory.
