The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovriga slips under a jab from Barca.
Kovriga misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kovriga slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

It looks like Freddy Barca has been cut.
Barca gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A looping hook to the body misses from Barca. Kovriga does a little dance to reset his feet.
Barca throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Kovriga feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Barca sprawling to the canvas! Barca rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kovriga finish him?!

Kovriga loads up on a big right hand but Barca slips the punch.
Kovriga connects with a stiff jab that staggers Barca - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
