Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buvaisar Saitiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Jane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saitiev comes to the cage accompanied by Gimme Shelter Rolling stones. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buvaisar Saitiev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Saitiev.
Jane lands a leg kick that knocks Saitiev off balance momentarily.
Saitiev gets the takedown into side control.
Jane avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Saitiev.
Saitiev trying to control the position but Jane is working away.
Jane is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Saitiev has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Saitiev throws an elbow but Jane slips to the side and avoids it well.
Jane is not content to let Saitiev control the position.
Jane is trying to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jane tries to escape but Saitiev is in control.
You can see the frustration on Jane's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Saitiev wants to take a breather but Jane manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Saitiev.
Saitiev wants to control from the top but Jane keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Saitiev slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Saitiev with a flurry of punches that miss.
Jane has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Saitiev off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Saitiev misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jane lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Saitiev shoots for a double leg takedown but Jane sprawls well. He's pushed Saitiev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buvaisar Saitiev. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Saitiev tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jane swivels and escapes.

Jane throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
No luck for Saitiev with that takedown attempt.
Jane connects with a leg kick. Saitiev looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Buvaisar Saitiev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jane lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Jane lands with a kick to the ribs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jane.
Jane moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Jane cracks the inside of Saitiev's front leg.
Jane fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Saitiev has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Jane lands a nice leg kick that just misses Saitiev's sensitive parts.

Jane lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Saitiev at a distance.
A slapping body kick lands there for Jane.
Patrick Jane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jane thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Saitiev if he has to take too many more of those.

It looks like Buvaisar Saitiev has been cut.

Jane punishes Saitiev's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice sprawl there from Jane as Saitiev shoots in.
Jane feints and then cracks Saitiev's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Saitiev down.
Saitiev is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Jane scores with a hook.
Jane throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

A punch lands to the side of Saitiev 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Jane throws a nice outside leg kick.

Jane throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jane bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Saitiev shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jane sprawls well. Jane wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Saitiev gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Saitiev looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jane scores with a sloppy right hand. Saitiev should have avoided that one.
Jane keeps Saitiev at a distance using the push kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Patrick Jane dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Buvaisar Saitiev's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Jane. Saitiev shrugs it off though.
Jane scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Jane throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Good leg kick by Jane there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Jane is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
A left lands for Jane.
Jane throws a quick inside leg kick.
Jane bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Saitiev's head backwards.
Jane has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jane connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jane pushes Saitiev away with a front kick.
Jane feints a jab promting Saitiev to slip. Jane then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Saitiev slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Saitiev is rocked!
Nice body punch from Jane.
Oh Saitiev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jane circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Saitiev to the canvas! Saitiev doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Jane keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Patrick Jane!
