Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chad Lockwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Mclovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mclovin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Sandstorm by Darude. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lockwood leaves Mclovin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mclovin moves out of range of the body kick.
Lockwood throws a sloppy head kick and Mclovin moves out of range easily.
Mclovin throws a hook but Lockwood avoids it easily.
Mclovin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lockwood moves away.

Lockwood darts in and clinches Mclovin up against the cage.

Lockwood breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lockwood takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Mclovin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Mclovin.

Mclovin tries to bum rush Lockwood with a series of wild strikes but Lockwood uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lockwood tries to clinch up but Mclovin circles away and keeps his distance.

Lockwood postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mclovin wants to get back to his feet but Lockwood is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Mclovin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Mclovin has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Lockwood's face.

Lockwood stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mclovin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
