Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivo Lens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davor Velcic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davor Velcic told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velcic fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Some wild striking there from Velcic.
Velcic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lens ducks under a wild hook from Velcic.
Lens misses the shot to the body.

Lens pushes Velcic up against the cage in a clinch.

Velcic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A swing and a miss from Velcic.
Velcic stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Velcic misses with a hook.

Lens ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
No luck for Lens with that takedown attempt.
Lens shoots in for a double leg but Velcic sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Velcic misses with a straight right.
Velcic scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

letting Lens counter with a right hand.
No luck for Lens with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivo Lens. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lens misses with a wild body shot.
Velcic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lens pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Velcic clobbers Lens with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Velcic jabs Lens to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Velcic lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lens backs up against the cage.
Left hook, right uppercut from Velcic.

Lens is rocked!
Velcic connects with a superb combination that knocks Lens out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Velcic before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Lens!
