Reefer comes to the cage accompanied by smoke 2 joints. Song is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bomb goes the dynomite. Kid Reefer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Song throws a series of punches but Reefer moves out of range.
Song lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reefer circles away quickly and effectively.
Some wild striking there from Song.
Reefer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Song gets tackled into the cage by Reefer. Reefer maintains the clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Song.


It looks like Kid Reefer has been cut.
Reefer blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Song unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Reefer avoiding damage as Song throws knees to the body.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Reefer scores with a shot to the side of Song's head.
Reefer pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Reefer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Reefer pushes Song up against the cage in a clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Song.
Song throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Song throws a knee to the head but misses.
A bit of stalling here from Reefer.
Reefer lands an elbow inside.


It looks like JimJim Song has been cut.
Song tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Song looking to throw knees to the head but Reefer is blocking nicely.
Song lands an elbow inside.
Song throws a knee to the head but misses.
Reefer managing to block the knees to the body from Song.
Song with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Reefer missing with knees to the body.
With the fighters up against the cage, Reefer throws an elbow but misses.
Reefer's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Song just misses with a elbow thrown towards Reefer's brow.
Song throws an elbow but it misses.
Song tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Reefer lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Reefer can't break the clinch.

Reefer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
JimJim Song seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Song misses with a shot to the body
and Song takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Reefer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Reefer keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Song.
Reefer lands a jab to Song's midsection.
Song takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Song looks gassed!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Song throws a right and a left that Reefer avoids nicely.

Oooh a lovely combination from Reefer sends Song down but not out. Reefer dives into side control looking to finish.


Song is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Song is looking for a sweep.

Reefer has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Song is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Reefer yanks on the arm and Song is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Reefer.
