Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladamir Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vilmar Freitas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Drago might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Id Hate To Be You Right Now. Vilmar Freitas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago tries to clinch up but Freitas circles away and keeps his distance.
Freitas fails with the takedown.
Drago fails with an attempt to clinch.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Drago.
Drago decides to stand back up.
Drago tries to close the distance and clinch up but Freitas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Freitas shoots and misses
and Drago makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Vladamir Drago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vilmar Freitas.
Drago fails with a takedown attempt.
Drago closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Vilmar Freitas has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Freitas looks gassed!
Drago tries to clinch there but Freitas circles away.
Drago moves into the clinch successfully.
Drago lands a nice knee to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Drago is pressed up against the cage. Freitas has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Drago down to the mat. Drago avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Drago throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Freitas stumbling backwards into the cage! Freitas bounces back off the cage towards Drago, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Drago lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Drago celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Vladamir Drago!
