Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mala Ika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Goat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ika comes to the cage accompanied by Crazy Train. Billy Goat has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mala Ika!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Goat!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ika throws a jab but it's blocked by Goat.
Ika throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ika tries to close the distance and clinch but Goat swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ika throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
A head kick misses from Ika.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Ika enables Goat to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ika manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Ika avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ika not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Goat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

You can see the frustration on Ika's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Goat is looking to take a break and control but Ika is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Ika manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Goat manages to get himself to full guard.

Ika has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Goat.

Ika throws the kick towards the body but Goat avoids it.

Sloppy strikes from Ika. Those never looked like landing.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ika, as that shot connected.
Ika tries to land a front kick but Goat steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Goat.

Goat lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Goat creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Ika sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Ika struggling a bit here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ika is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Ika taking some punishment here, with Goat in his half guard.
Goat not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ika is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Goat scores with a couple of nice shots.
Goat looks to land a strike but Ika avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Billy Goat showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Billy Goat hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Ika throws out a loose jab but Goat uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Goat counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Ika's guard now.

Goat postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mala Ika has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Goat got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ika has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Goat has managed to get both his arms back between Ika's legs - danger averted.
Goat slips nicely into half guard.

Billy Goat comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Goat has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
