Carmichael comes to the cage accompanied by Biggie Smalls - Kick in the Door . Ji has chosen Anathema - Judgement as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Let Ji!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ji takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Ji takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Carmichael thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Ji if he has to take too many more of those.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ji.
A nice combination there by Carmichael.
A good leg kick by Ji.
Ji thows a leg kick but Carmichael checks it
and Carmichael counters with a stiff right hand.
Carmichael with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Carmichael throws a lazy right hand but Ji sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Carmichael circles away from the clinch attempt
and Carmichael counters with a low kick, right behind Ji 's knee.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A low kick from Ji is predictable there
and Carmichael counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ji throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Carmichael makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
A head kick by Ji misses
and Carmichael counters with a straight right hand.
Let Ji seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ji thows a leg kick but Carmichael checks it
and Carmichael counters with a body kick that stops Ji in his tracks momentarily.
Ji looks gassed!
Ji walks forward, straight into a front kick from Carmichael.
Ji on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Carmichael lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ji crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Carmichael - the referee stops the clock and Ji gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Carmichael. Ji manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carmichael moves into range and clinches up with Ji.
Carmichael breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Carmichael lands a glancing blow to the side of Ji's head.
Carmichael throws a right and a left that both miss.
Carmichael lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Carmichael dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ji. That did some damage!
Carmichael tests Ji's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Carmichael with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Carmichael throws a head kick but Ji moves out of range.
Ji takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Carmichael scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Carmichael lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Carmichael drops Ji with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Ji! Carmichael dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
