The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montourski looks to land a combination but Thunder avoids it well.
Thunder moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Thunder swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Montourski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Thunder misses with a combination

and Montourski counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Montourski throwing shots but Thunder is blocking nicely.
Montourski throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Montourski is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Montourski is just content to waste time from the top position. Thunder takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Montourski passes Thunder's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Montourski thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Thunder's head.

Montourski thows a huge punch but Thunder dodges it nicely.
Montourski is trying to control. Thunder wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Montourski is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Montourski thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Thunder to regain full guard.
Montourski postures up in Thunder's guard and throws a big left but Thunder blocks it.
Thunder keeping moving, preventing Montourski from controlling successfully.
Montourski throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Thunder works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Montourski throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Montourski trying to control the position from guard on top but Thunder is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Montourski lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Thunder pushes Montourski off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Thunder looks gassed!
Montourski stalks Thunder and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Thunder's face. Thunder staggers backwards, shaken.

Thunder is rocked!

Montourski shoots and scores a devastating slam takedown! Thunder is unconscious as Montourski celebrates over his stricken foe!
