Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quigley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Virtanen closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Virtanen lands in his opponent's guard.
Virtanen looking to sit in guard and control but Quigley gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Quigley trying to control the position from guard on top but Virtanen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Quigley in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Quigley wants to pass the guard but Virtanen is keeping the position.
Virtanen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Quigley not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Quigley works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Quigley has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Virtanen wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Quigley.
Quigley lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Virtanen is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Virtanen wants to control but Quigley is having none of it.

Quigley lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Quigley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Quigley postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Virtanen looks a forlorn figure.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Quigley cracks Virtanen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joseph Quigley dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Virtanen on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Quigley circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Virtanen tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Quigley wins by KO!
