The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutger keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rutger blocks a jab.
Gracie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown but Rutger manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gracie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gerlach Rutger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roberto Gracie.

Rutger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rutger has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted.

Gracie isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rutger stacks Gracie on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rutger!

Rutger is looking to take a break and control but Gracie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rutger cracks Gracie with a big right hand but Gracie just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Gracie has got his arm under Rutger's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Rutger has spun round into Gracie's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Rutger lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gracie is rocked!
Rutger is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Gracie goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Rutger!
