Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Risto Perkele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Egill Skallagrimsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Perkele drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Perkele jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Skallagrimsson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Perkele is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Skallagrimsson knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Skallagrimsson for a finish.

Perkele is working for a rear naked choke. Skallagrimsson is not defending it well and Perkele has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Skallagrimsson refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Skallagrimsson's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
