Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between ZZ Top (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has chosen "Walk" by Pantera as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Top moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Top takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Brown throws a combination. Top tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Brown tries to clinch but Top moves out of range.
Top has a takedown stuffed.
Brown throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Top.

Brown looks to land a combination but Top avoids it well.

Top shoots in looking for a takedown but Brown manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Top's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Top changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Top manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Top or perhaps it was just good defense by Brown which made him look bad.

Brown lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Top shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Top uses his free foot to push down on Brown's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Brown.

Brown decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Top, up you get!

Top shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Brown's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Top drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Brown dives on top into guard.

Top drops his hands momentarily and Brown takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Top shoots in for a double leg but Brown sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Brown connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Top momentarily.

Top drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Top jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Top feints and as Brown raises his hands in defense, Top changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Top drops back, looking for a kneebar! Brown looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Brown looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Brown!
