Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rex Ronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slawek Tall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ronson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ronson doesn't manage to clinch there - Tall circles away.
Ronson scores with the left hand. Tall knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Slawek Tall has been cut.
Ronson throws a series of punches but Tall avoids them all with ease.
Ronson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Ronson throws the left hand but Tall avoids the punch easily.

Tall drives through and clinches with Ronson against the cage.
Tall is trying to drag Ronson to the mat but Ronson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ronson gets underhooks to prevent Tall's takedown attempt.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ronson.
Ronson can't find room to land a body shot as Tall controls the action.
Tall goes for a takedown attempt but Ronson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ronson is defended easily by Tall.

Tall goes for a takedown attempt but Ronson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tall avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tall shoots for a takedown but Ronson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Tall gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ronson to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Tall prevents Ronson from getting back to his feet.
Ronson wants to hit a switch here but Tall passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Ronson there!
Tall cracks Ronson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Ronson flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ronson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Tall lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tall cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Tall lands a big shot there that rocks Ronson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Tall avoids the attempt from Ronson to control.
Ronson regains half guard.
Tall tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ronson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Ronson is looking for a sweep. Tall is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ronson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tall is working away from the top position though.
Tall looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Ronson tries to kick Tall off but Tall keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Tall is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ronson is just riding it out for now. Tall eventually gives up the hold.

Tall seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
