The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calhoun keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fedora.
Calhoun keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Fedora enables Calhoun to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fedora manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fedora is on top in guard.

Calhoun tries to buck Fedora off but Fedora is having none of it.

Fedora goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Calhoun has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Fedora but great work by Calhoun.

Calhoun postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
