Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glen Growes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glen Growes told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Growes pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Growes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
