Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Walter Dayman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doc Patterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dayman's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Day Man. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dayman looks to land a body kick but Patterson moved away.
A big right from Patterson misses.
Patterson lands with a thumping leg kick.
Patterson takes a swing at Dayman's ribcage but misses.
Dayman throws the left hand but Patterson avoids the punch easily.
Patterson tries a head kick but it misses.
Dayman gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Patterson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dayman lands a right hook to the body.
Dayman throws a predictable looking body shot
and Patterson makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Dayman really felt that one!
Dayman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

and Patterson counters with a nice leg kick.
Dayman scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Patterson counters with a low kick, right behind Dayman 's knee.

Dayman takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dayman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Patterson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Patterson connects with a solid leg kick.

Dayman misses with a body shot.
Walter Dayman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dayman has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Patterson.
Patterson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dayman on the side of the head.

It looks like Walter Dayman has been cut.

Patterson sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Dayman's defenses. It connects perfectly with Dayman's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
