The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mlaticka wants to clinch up but Alen keeps it at a distance.
Mlaticka clinches up against the cage.

Mlaticka gets caught flat footed, as Alen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Alen wants to control from the top but Mlaticka keeps moving.

Mlaticka lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Alen backwards.

Mlaticka turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mlaticka manages to end up in side control.
Alen is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mlaticka off and has taken his back!

Alen thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
Even with his hooks in, Alen manages to miss with strikes from the back.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Alen's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
