Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Angelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luca de Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angelo blocks a head kick by de Silva.
de Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Angelo is trying hard to land a takedown here. de Silva sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Angelo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. de Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Angelo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Angelo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

de Silva is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Angelo is controlling him.

Angelo is pushing down on de Silva's leg trying to pass to half guard. de Silva is fighting to maintain full guard but Angelo has managed to sneak the leg through.

Angelo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. de Silva doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Angelo.

Angelo quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Angelo but it's paid off an de Silva is forced to tap! Nice work by Angelo.
